Last week, Truth, Justice and Memory Center, a NGO based in Istanbul, organized a closed meeting in Istanbul. The aim of the workshop was to bring together civil society organizations, working in the Caucasus and Middle East and North Africa region, that focus their scope of work on enforced disappearances and the missing. During the two day event, representatives of different organizations provided a background on cases of enforced disappearance and missing people in their specific countries and explained the work of their organizations.
